You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

90-Day Free Replacement
If your product has a quality issue within 90 days of delivery, we’ll send you a free replacement. There’s no need to return the defective item in most cases — just contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
